A phone conversation with one of our Program Information Coordinators is the best and most accurate way to have your questions or concerns addressed.

Our Program Information Department can be reached directly by calling 1-800-RENFREW, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard U.S. Time. If you are calling outside of business hours, your message can be left in our general voicemail and a Program Information Coordinator will be happy to return your call directly the following business day.

All calls are handled in a confidential manner. If you request a confidential message, a Program Information Coordinator will call and identify their first name only, the city/state they are calling from, and the number where they can be reached. The Renfrew Center will not be identified on your answering machine or voicemail.
