Primary Therapist - Brentwood, TN
The Renfrew Center of Tennessee has an immediate opening for a full-time, benefits eligible Primary Therapist.
Responsibilities: Providing individual, family therapy and group therapy; case management services; pre-authorizations and concurrent reviews with managed care companies; participating as an active member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team; collaborating and interacting with referring therapists; and maintaining clinical documentation.

Human Resources Coordinator - Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities: Supporting employees and managers in all day to day areas of Human Resources. This includes recruiting, processing and orienting new hires; leave management; benefits administration; consulting with operational managers in order to resolve performance and employee relations issues; assisting employees with understanding and complying with company policies and procedures; and completing special projects.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field and PHR preferred. A true Generalist with 3-5 years of experience and a broad HR background is needed. Responsibilities: Overall function of the front office to include answering phones, filing, and scheduling patient appointments. Preparing patient charts and maintenance of medical records. Provides clinical leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team; provides regular and ongoing clinical supervision and support to therapists and trainees/interns on the team; provides clinical oversight of quality assurance and performance improvement measures, ensuring documentation compliance requirements in accordance with established policies, procedures, licensing and regulatory guidelines; provides feedback and recommendations regarding clinical program development; reviews level of care assessments and works collaboratively with assessment coordinators regarding appropriate level of care recommendations; assesses the clinical training needs of the staff and coordinates development of the in-servicing schedule; participates in Renfrew wide initiatives related to community education and awareness about eating disorders through presentations, public speaking, media opportunities, etc. When clinically appropriate this position may also be responsible for the assessment, direct care and treatment of patients.
Education/License: Master's Degree in a social services field required. Psy.D. or Ph.D. preferred.
Experience: This position requires previous experience in treatment of eating disorders and/or women's mental health, and a minimum of five years of supervisory experience. The selected candidate will have excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated leadership capability.
Hours: Monday thru Friday, and some evenings may be required.

The Renfrew Center has an opening for a On-Call Psychiatrist for our non-residential site in Ridgewood, NJ.
Responsibilities: Performing psychiatric evaluations; providing psychiatric leadership and direction; ongoing psychopharmacological management; conducting peer reviews with managed care companies; and working within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Requirements: A current New Jersey medical license, malpractice coverage, must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Certification in adolescent psychiatry a plus. Previous experience working with patients with eating disorders is preferred. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
